1. You can either patiently wait for your order to arrive and immediately return to sender to the address located at the top left corner of the shipping label of your package. Contact us to let us know you will be taking this process.

2. Contact us less than 24 hours after your order is placed. After 24 hours your Order cannot be canceled because it will already be getting processed.

Natural Brown may vary slightly in tone because it is raw hair sourced from individual donors. Lighting can also affect how the color appears in photos.

Our pre-order section can vary with delivery and processing time. Some pre-orders can be fulfilled within one week, depending on the circumstances of shipping and products. Others can take the whole three weeks to be fulfilled. It would be best To order all pre-order items at least three weeks before they are needed.
