What’s the difference between your Raw Cambodian & Raw Indonesian hair?

Raw Cambodian

  • 100% raw, single-donor hair

  • Weighted, Exceptionally thick from root to ends

  • Low to medium natural luster, giving it a realistic, matte finish.

  • Holds curls exceptionally well and provides dense, high-volume bounce with minimal tangling.

Raw Indonesian

  • 100% raw human hair unprocessed.

  • Natural density, natural taper towards the ends, but still full from root to tip.

  • Airy, lightweight, and coarser

  • More affordable, while maintaining excellent quality.

What Type of hair do you sell?

Our extensions can be professionally colored, toned, or bleached.

We recommend having all chemical services performed by a licensed professional to preserve the integrity of the hair.

Can the hair be bleached?

  • Raw Vietnamese & raw Cambodian Hair: 5+ years with proper care

  • Raw Indonesian Hair: 2-3+ years with proper care.

Proper maintenance plays a significant role in extending the life of your extensions.

How long does the hair last?

  • Wash with sulfate-free products for moisture.

  • Store hair properly between installs.

  • Always use a heat protectant before styling.

  • Brush gently from the ends upward.

  • Hair net for wrapping is recommended or 2 semi-loose braids with satin bonnet

How should I care for my extensions?

Does Jcextensions allow refunds?

yes, we do allow refunds! Here’s How to properly go about getting a refund from us.

1. You can either patiently wait for your order to arrive and immediately return to sender to the address located at the top left corner of the shipping label of your package. Contact us to let us know you will be taking this process.

2. Contact us less than 24 hours after your order is placed. After 24 hours your Order cannot be canceled because it will already be getting processed.

Does pre-order take the full 3 weeks?

Our pre-order section can vary with delivery and processing time. Some pre-orders can be fulfilled within one week, depending on the circumstances of shipping and products. Others can take the whole three weeks to be fulfilled. It would be best To order all pre-order items at least three weeks before they are needed.
